Why most of the world understands Xi, but America doesn’t.

Chinese and American culture, in many ways, could not be more different. And because culture shapes how people think, what we are really saying is, Chinese and American thinking could not be more different. Large parts of the world have cultures more similar to Chinese than American, and that’s a large disadvantage for the US.
