You have to have data, but if the data cannot make people FEEL something - even just curiosity! - it will never sway your listeners or keep their attention. Lots of language and formatting tips...
Absolutely, but because most people are not aware they are strongly positioned to one side, they have a difficult time relating to or even acknowledging the other method of processing.
